Join our dynamic team as an Express Service Consultant, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering and implementing MSX Express Service solutions. You will cultivate and maintain direct relationships with designated dealers and OEM field organizations, assisting in Dealer Launch Meetings and Dealer Workshop Meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement the Basic and Advanced Express Service programs as specified in MSX documentation.
Conduct consultations with dealers to enhance their service offerings.
Perform dealership sustainment visits to ensure ongoing success.
Facilitate training sessions for dealership staff as per the Express Service guidelines.
Provide follow-up support via phone to dealership staff.
Ensure timely completion of dealer action plans.
Optimize Express Service operations through best practice implementations including customer interactions and service processes.
Maintain communication with OEM National and Regional personnel.
Submit detailed field reports monthly and time cards and expense reports weekly.
Be prepared and willing to travel approximately 80% of the time.
