Subscriptions Sales Executive
Join a distinguished B2C publishing leader in both print and digital realms as a Subscriptions Sales Executive. Reporting directly to the Subscriptions Marketing Manager, this exciting position offers you the chance to contribute to a flourishing company and play a pivotal role in its expansion.
This newly established role encompasses the development, implementation, and assessment of brand-specific sales strategies aimed at enhancing profitability. Key responsibilities include:
- Increasing subscription renewals from current customers, re-engaging with lapsed and canceled subscribers, and generating new subscription sales from both prospective and existing clients, with a focus on renewals from warm leads.
- Meeting established productivity targets such as dials, attempted contacts, completed contacts, and closed sales goals.
- Collaborating closely with the broader marketing team to track product development and engagement while proactively identifying optimal sales opportunities.
- Identifying market trends to drive incremental revenue growth.
- Understanding the brand, its editorial strategy, and its audience, while highlighting the brand’s unique selling propositions.
- Coordinating with various departments and stakeholders to maximize revenue opportunities.
This dynamic sales role is ideal for a candidate with experience in an outbound call center or in-house telesales environment, whether in consumer or B2B sales. Experience in the media industry is advantageous but not mandatory. The successful candidate will be a motivated team player with a talent for customer engagement, exceptional listening skills, and a proven ability to close sales.
