Job Summary:
The AEG Internship Program provides an immersive experience for college students to delve into the business of sports and live entertainment. As part of the Employee Engagement Department, interns will have the opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated team focused on enhancing Corporate Culture and Employee Engagement through events and internal communications.
Responsibilities:
- Manage various internal communication projects, including overseeing recurring weekly features on the company intranet.
- Assist in executing communication plans.
- Support event logistics, including managing RSVP lists, setting up and breaking down events, booking conference rooms, and more for both virtual and in-person gatherings.
- Help curate and post company content for employees on SharePoint and the AEG Backstage intranet.
- Conduct an audit of the company intranet to ensure all pages are current and relevant.
- Assist the Senior Employee Engagement Events Specialist with tasks related to employee events such as the AEG Summer Picnic and Lunch with Leadership.
- Collaborate with Employee Engagement team members on various projects as they arise.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in a related field.
- A genuine enthusiasm for sports and live entertainment.
- Highly organized, resourceful, and reliable, with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
