We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our aftermarket team this summer, assisting with the administration of quality issues. Our company operates globally, selling spare parts and collaborating with customers worldwide. When a delivery does not go as planned, handling the issue efficiently and professionally is crucial.
As part of our team, you will work closely with customer service, order management, and warehouse operations, focusing on maintaining order, tracking discrepancies, and contributing to continuous improvements.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
• Registering quality issues in the business system
• Monitoring issues and updating customers in collaboration with the order management team
• Administering internal communications regarding discrepancies
• Participating in the daily management of deliveries and returns
• Updating and enhancing item data in SAP
• Registering and updating customer access as necessary
