Join Frito-Lay as a Summer Seasonal Merchandiser and play a vital role in our success! In this position, you'll be responsible for effectively merchandising a wide array of renowned products including Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, and Fritos within various retail environments like supermarkets and large grocery stores. While starting as a Merchandiser, you will have the opportunity to advance within our company or with our parent organization, PepsiCo.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Driving your personal vehicle (gas mileage reimbursement provided) to multiple store locations.
- Retrieving and merchandising Frito-Lay products throughout the store.
- Collaborating in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives.
- Following a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers.
- Utilizing a company-issued iPhone to manage schedules, communicate with team members, and log activities.
Our operations run 24/7, so your schedule may vary, and this role is physically demanding. Expect to remain on your feet during your shifts in a fun and dynamic work environment!
