Processing donations in accordance with established guidelines and timelines, ensuring pricing aligns with charity standards.
Maximizing Gift Aid contributions while properly displaying and managing purchased goods to minimize stock loss.
Engaging customers and coaching volunteers and staff to enhance customer interactions, encouraging them to round up their purchases, add donations, and enroll in our loyalty program.
