Qualifications
Primary Responsibilities:Assist Senior and General Superintendents with daily field execution and subcontractor coordination.Contribute to short-interval planning, daily work sequencing, and logistics management.Uphold and enforce Corvias’ Zero Tolerance Safety Standard at the site.Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.Coordinate inspections, testing, and documentation for assigned work scopes.Promptly communicate schedule, safety, and quality concerns to field leadership.Support punch list completion, closeout documentation, and handover activities.Foster professional relationships with subcontractors, inspectors, and project stakeholders.Perform other related duties as assigned.Role Specific Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.3+ years of construction field experience preferred; experience in commercial or multifamily construction is strongly preferred.Working knowledge of construction sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and scheduling principles.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work effectively within a team environment.Proficiency in safety standards and regulations.

The Superintendent I, Commercial/Multifamily will play a vital role in supporting on-site construction activities alongside Senior and General Superintendents, as well as Project Management. This position is essential in ensuring projects are carried out safely, on time, within scope, and in accordance with Corvias standards, contract specifications, and relevant codes.
As an emerging field leader, you will assist in subcontractor coordination, daily planning, inspections, and safety enforcement, while cultivating independent leadership skills on the job site.
