Catalyx is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Professional to enhance our operations at our customer site in Cork.
The Supply Chain Specialist will play a vital role in coordinating and executing planning and procurement activities for excipients, devices, and components. This includes translating the Master Schedule (MRP) outputs into precise material requirements to guarantee the right quantities are available at the right time. As a key member of our team, you will work to optimize material flow (from order to release), while effectively managing warehouse capacities and inventory targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement the Materials Requirement Plan (MRP) outputs by ensuring effective procurement and inventory practices, while balancing quality, service, reliability, and cost to meet compliance and customer needs.
Collaborate with Operations, Global Procurement, Quality, and Global Compliance teams to oversee supplier and material selection processes, establishing supplier agreements and contracts as necessary.
Manage the new material qualification process and ensure accurate setup in SAP for effective planning and purchasing.
Timely communication of material delivery schedules to suppliers to meet planned requirements.
Maintain Raw Materials and Component inventories within targets, reducing excess, obsolete, and expired materials.
