General Responsibilities
• On-site IT Support:
• Inventory management, administration, and maintenance of devices including laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile devices, MAC systems, and data collection devices (IHMS).
• Technical support for networks and servers.
• IMAC and Break-Fix Support:
• Installation of devices and software, movement, addition of new components, configuration changes, and the eventual removal or dismantling of outdated assets.
•
• Meeting Room Support:
• Provide intelligent technical support for devices in conference rooms.
