Job Summary:
As a Support Engineer II, you will join our global Support Services team, working entirely remotely. Your primary responsibilities will include the maintenance and management of Postgres databases, collaborating closely with our clients to offer expert guidance and support while adhering to industry best practices.
Your Impact:
- Engage with customers to provide advanced technical troubleshooting and suggest effective solutions for all EDB product lines and open-source PostgreSQL products.
- Work together with and mentor junior and intermediate support engineers in issue triage.
- Develop reproducible test cases, submit development requests, and propose patches when feasible.
- Collaborate with development teams, leveraging their expertise to enhance our service offerings.
