Your Impact:
- Assist customers with comprehensive technical troubleshooting and suggest effective solutions for all EDB product lines and open-source PostgreSQL products.
- Provide mentorship to junior and mid-level support engineers in issue triage.
- Develop reproducible test cases, submit development requests, and provide patches when feasible.
