Your Role
As a Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our users, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and online chat. You will collaborate with your team to provide transformative support experiences for coaches, analysts, athletes, and fans alike.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Be the Frontline Advocate. You will answer calls and emails, tackling everything from how-to inquiries to technical troubleshooting across our suite of products and features.
- Enable Success for Teams and Athletes. Your guidance will ensure clients leverage Hudl to its fullest potential, enhancing their performance.
- Practice Empathy. Listening to our users and providing creative solutions will be key to your success.
