Your Day-to-Day Activities
- Assist the Head of Support in developing our knowledge base of support articles.
- Contribute to the development of our support website.
- Gather user feedback and inquiries to create new support articles.
- Respond to user queries through Zendesk.
- Engage with users on Telegram.
- Address user inquiries on Twitter.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a support role, ideally in the video game or web3 industry.
- Fundamental understanding of cryptocurrency, NFTs, and/or blockchain technology and their applications in gaming.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to address technical customer inquiries through email.
- Capability to produce high-quality educational materials for our users and team.
- Collaborate effectively with our product team and engineers to comprehend, prioritize, and implement user feedback.
