Reporting to: The Programme Coordinator/The Instructor/Area Manager and/or the Social Care Leader.
Base of Operations: The Adult Services and/or the Community.
Position Purpose: The Support Worker plays a crucial role in facilitating adult services training and employment programs aimed at enhancing practical skills and fostering independence among service users. This includes providing support for personal care needs, and actively participating in the planning, implementation, and review of individualized programs in alignment with our organizational ethos.
