The Role
We are in search of empathetic and dedicated Support Workers who embody our core values of patience, respect, compassion, understanding, and adaptability. In this pivotal role, you will significantly contribute to the daily lives of young people, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and empowered.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the young person at all times
- Establishing meaningful emotional connections and positive relationships
- Assisting the young person with personal care as needed
- Planning and participating in engaging activities and outings
- Transporting the young person to meetings, school, and appointments
- Preparing nutritious meals for the young person
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the home environment
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must:
- Possess a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
- Have full Right to Work in the UK
- Be willing to travel for work
- Be able to obtain and maintain a clean DBS check
