Salary according to the CAO for Disability Care in FWG 35 (€2,546 to €3,564 based on 36 hours);

About Hazenpad 7
At this residence on the Hartekamp grounds in Heemstede, we support clients with moderate to severe intellectual disabilities (MVB/EVB). Our residents range in age from 50 to 70 years. As a Supportive Housing Guide, you will provide varying levels of assistance with daily living activities, from minimal support to full assistance. Structure and clarity are essential, as verbal (and sometimes physical) aggression may occur in cases of confusion or overstimulation. Residents may also experience sensory processing disorders, autism, fragile X syndrome, Down syndrome, and early-stage dementia.
As a team member at Hartekamp Estate, you can be flexibly deployed in both residential and daytime activities, contributing to a varied and meaningful support experience for our clients.
