As a Surveillance Agent, your primary responsibility will be to monitor gaming and non-gaming activities through electronic surveillance systems. You will ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies while safeguarding company assets from illicit or suspicious activities.
- Vigilantly observe, document, and report any discrepancies related to internal controls, financial transactions, and state gaming legislation.
- Conduct daily audits of departmental activities and duty logs, collaborating with other departments during investigative processes.
- Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of all table games and gaming operations.
- Promptly respond to any unusual or suspicious activities.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
