As a Sushi Chef, your primary responsibilities will include:
Ensuring the smooth operation of production while adhering to the Sushi Gourmet/Sushi Market/Izakaya standards.
Preparing our full range of products, including Sushi, Maki, California Rolls, and Spring Rolls.
Mastering all recipes required for our offerings.
Setting up refrigerators and preparing ingredients.
Following HACCP guidelines diligently.
Checking expiration dates of products in display and storage daily.
Maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the stand.
Managing stock organization.
