Your work schedule will include flexible hours, starting between 6 AM and 11 AM and concluding between 2 PM and 7 PM.
As a Sushi Chef, your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring smooth production processes while adhering to the Sushi Gourmet/Sushi Market/Izakaya standards.
- Preparing a diverse range of products including Sushi, Makis, California rolls, and Spring Rolls.
- Mastering all recipes and techniques.
- Setting up refrigeration and food preparation areas.
- Complying with HACCP hygiene regulations.
- Daily checking of product expiration dates in display and refrigeration units.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the stand.
- Managing inventory stocks.
