Your schedule will vary based on your availability:
Start time: between 6 AM and 11 AM
End time: between 2 PM and 7 PM
As a Sushi Chef, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the smooth operation of production while adhering to the standards of Sushi Gourmet, Sushi Market, and Izakaya.
- Preparing a full range of our products including Sushi, Maki, California rolls, and Spring Rolls.
- Mastering all recipes and techniques.
- Setting up refrigeration units and preparing ingredients.
- Following HACCP hygiene regulations diligently.
- Daily checking of expiration dates for products on display and in storage.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the stand.
- Managing inventory effectively.
