Qualifications
Minimum three years of experience in the food service industry, with sushi rolling experience required.Excellent knife skills, particularly in cutting large fish for sashimi and nigiri, as well as prepping vegetables for sushi rolls and garnishes.Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.Demonstrated professionalism in customer interactions and respect for coworkers at all times.Valid food handler’s license and in-depth knowledge of food safety regulations.Ability to stand for extended periods.Capability to work under pressure while exercising sound judgment.Embody the company’s mission and core values.

The Sushi Team Leader (STL) position is a pivotal role within our kiosk organization. As the on-site supervisor, you will oversee schedule adherence, manage product ordering, ensure food safety, and provide training for our Sushi Chefs. The STL is also responsible for ingredient preparation, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and fostering customer and client engagement.
