YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of the industrialization of the aircraft program with our partner/client, the primary role of the 'Systems and Structures Designer' is to ensure that the design of the primary structure, secondary structures, and system installations within their scope meet technical requirements. Reporting operationally to the Design Supervisor, key responsibilities include:
• Ensuring adherence to technical scope according to client requirements, program needs, and manufacturing specifications;
• Participating in the design of primary structures, secondary structures, and system installations within their scope:
o Making technical decisions related to primary structure design.
o Making technical decisions for fixed and mobile supports.
o Making technical decisions for all assigned system installations.
o Making necessary technical decisions regarding design, manufacturing, installation, and verification of parts and assemblies.
o Developing and verifying test plans with laboratories, reviewing test reports, and analyzing results.
• Preparing key technical deliverables and ensuring compliance with business and client requirements (technical solutions, plans verification, qualification and certification reports, etc.);
• Delivering part plans and installation plans while meeting quality and timeliness commitments to clients (both internal and external);
• Providing visibility on technical scope to management and the program (technical summaries, technical progress status, identification of technical risks);
• Engaging in the analysis and implementation of changes with the program, supply chain, production, and clients;
• Preparing impact analyses for incorporating changes;
• Serving as the technical interface with counterparts at the client as well as with suppliers;
• Supporting the resolution of issues related to non-conformance of parts and assembly line problems.
