About the job
- Perform production activities by following manufacturing methods, utilizing necessary instruments, and operating equipment including:
- Planetary and V blenders;
- Capsule filling machine (Profiller type);
- Automatic counting machines for capsules and tablets;
- Rotary tablet presses, specifically Manesty Beta Press and GlobePharma;
- Assist in the assembly and disassembly of production areas;
- Adhere to various control systems in place, such as maintaining logs and appropriate forms;
- Conduct cleaning of glassware, equipment, and instruments used during production tasks before and after use;
- Perform preventive maintenance on various equipment and instruments in collaboration with the quality systems unit, as needed;
- Participate in the calibration and validation of equipment, instruments, and manufacturing processes alongside the quality systems unit during peak periods;
- Collect validation and cleaning verification samples following established procedures;
