As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Achievers, you will take charge of the complete recruitment lifecycle, starting with a thorough insight into our business and technology landscape. Collaborating closely with hiring managers from various departments, you will evaluate hiring needs and develop customized strategies to align with our business growth objectives. Beyond recruitment, you will be instrumental in the onboarding process, ensuring that new hires have a smooth and engaging entry into the organization. Additionally, you will participate in initiatives aimed at refining our talent acquisition processes and enhancing the overall employee experience.
Preference will be given to candidates who have a background in SaaS organizations and a proven ability to recruit for positions ranging from entry-level to senior leadership across various functions, including Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Operations.
In this position, you will be part of the broader Employee Success team, which encompasses HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Facilities. Achievers operates multiple offices and has a virtual presence in various countries worldwide, accommodating in-office, hybrid, and fully remote work arrangements.
