Join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, where your primary focus will be on ensuring the seamless administration of our recruitment processes. You'll play a vital role in managing the onboarding of new hires and internal transitions, guaranteeing that every detail is handled efficiently and on schedule. Your efforts will significantly contribute to delivering an outstanding candidate experience from the very beginning.
This diverse role requires close collaboration with key departments such as HR Services and our broader hiring community. You will be part of a fantastic TA team that not only sets high standards but also supports one another to achieve exceptional results.
Your Responsibilities:
- Act as a super user for our Applicant Tracking System (Smart Recruiters) and assist the TA team in its utilization.
- Create and post job openings on the ATS.
- Process purchase orders for all recruitment-related invoices.
- Provide regular, accurate reporting updates to key stakeholders.
- Conduct right-to-work checks and reference checks using external portals.
- Manage contract requests via the ATS.
- Embody the Yell culture to ensure the best possible candidate experience throughout their onboarding and career with us.
