The Bureau of Human Resources and Labor Relations is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our agency’s recruitment efforts through effective data utilization, reporting, and industry-standard practices aimed at promoting diversity and attracting exceptional talent, including doctors, nurses, scientists, researchers, administrators, and technicians. Responsibilities:
- Conduct professional-level recruitment reporting and workforce analytics to support hiring operations, utilizing tools such as Excel, NYCAPS, CHRMS, and PMS.
- Develop and maintain ongoing and ad-hoc statistical reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, vacancy rates, applicant flow, source utilization, and offer acceptance rates.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, workforce gaps, and areas needing improvement within our hiring processes.
- Ensure the accuracy and compliance of applicant tracking system (ATS) data with Civil Service regulations, EEO, and other federal and state requirements.
- Compile applicant flow data to support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, preparing documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.
- Conduct workforce analytics to aid in position control, vacancy management, and strategic workforce planning initiatives.
- Track stages of the recruitment lifecycle and evaluate process efficiencies, recommending procedural enhancements based on data insights.
Talent Acquisition HR Business Partner Duties:
- Design and implement strategic recruitment initiatives aligned with organizational objectives; proactively seek market intelligence to enhance attraction and sourcing methodologies.
- Foster collaborative relationships with hiring managers to prioritize recruitment needs and deliver comprehensive recruitment services.
