Role Overview:
As the Talent Acquisition Division Manager, you will oversee and enhance the candidate evaluation, placement, and quality assurance processes. This pivotal role bridges sourcing and final placement, ensuring candidates are effectively evaluated and matched with the right roles. You will lead a dedicated team, establish evaluation standards, conduct quality audits, and foster decision-making excellence within the division.
Your Impact
Your leadership will ensure only the highest quality candidates are presented to clients, enhancing placement success and retention rates. You will work to standardize evaluation processes, build client trust through accuracy and efficiency, and drive improvements in key performance metrics. This role is crucial for aligning division-level KPIs with business profitability and client satisfaction.
