Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist

Purpose
The Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist plays a crucial role in the organized and strategic management of attracting and selecting candidates for the Group's companies, contributing to effectively meeting staffing needs and maintaining a steady flow of candidates.
This position aids in creating and managing the talent pipeline of the Group, implementing recruitment processes, and enhancing the Group's image as the employer of choice, aligned with the values of hospitality and quality service.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Process Management
- Assist in implementing candidate attraction and assessment processes.
- Manage job postings through the ATS (Workable).
- Monitor candidate applications and manage the recruitment pipeline.
- Support the candidate assessment process in collaboration with Hiring Managers.
Talent Pipeline Development
- Contribute to the creation and management of talent pools for frequently requested positions.
- Maintain a candidate database for future staffing needs.
- Support the re-hiring process for seasonal staff.
Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
- Support initiatives to promote the Group as the employer of choice.
- Manage the Group's presence on recruitment platforms and social media.
- Participate in career days and candidate attraction activities.
- Support HR marketing efforts and candidate attraction campaigns.
Candidate Experience
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the selection process.
- Communicate with candidates and keep them informed about their application status.
- Maintain professionalism in all candidate interactions.
