We are currently seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern (m/f/d) to join our People & Culture team. In this pivotal role, you will engage in our Talent Acquisition operations, contributing to the enhancement of our hiring systems and processes.
Your Responsibilities
Assist in the daily management of the recruitment process for various roles.
Help draft and publish engaging job advertisements across multiple job boards, ensuring our employer brand remains consistent.
Manage candidate pipelines effectively and uphold data integrity in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Conduct initial application reviews and support outreach to potential candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews to ensure a seamless experience for candidates.
Foster a positive and professional candidate experience at every interaction.
Your Profile
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
Demonstrated interest in Talent Acquisition; previous internship experience is an advantage.
Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication abilities with a candidate-focused approach.
Proactive and hands-on attitude, eager to take initiative and support the team as needed.
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
