Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum of 6 months of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. In-depth knowledge of various sourcing methods and recruitment best practices. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service. Capability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
