Your Role and Responsibilities

Recruit Exceptional Talent: Lead the recruitment process end-to-end, bringing in outstanding individuals who elevate our teams and influence our future.
Create Robust Talent Pipelines: Actively source and connect with top-tier talent globally, transforming elusive candidates into passionate advocates for Canva.
Act as a Strategic Hiring Partner: Work closely with leadership to thoroughly understand their objectives and devise effective hiring strategies that yield successful results.
Enhance Candidate Experience: Support candidates throughout their journey, ensuring they feel inspired, informed, and excited about joining Canva.
Utilize Data for Informed Hiring: Leverage insights and metrics to refine processes, optimize results, and assist teams in making better, faster hiring decisions.
Promote Inclusive Hiring Practices: Integrate diversity and inclusion into sourcing methods and hiring choices to build stronger, more representative teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
You possess proven experience managing the entire hiring process, from defining roles and planning workforce needs to sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and closing candidates—ideally across multiple countries in the region.
You actively cultivate and maintain talent pipelines, taking initiative to identify and engage passive candidates early on, ensuring readiness when business needs arise.
You are skilled in generating market intelligence, utilizing various platforms and tools to gain insights into talent availability and hiring trends.
