Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners, facilitating regular discussions to align recruitment strategies.Develop and implement sourcing strategies, providing mentorship to team members in overcoming challenges.Manage the entire recruitment process with foresight, planning future actions while considering long-term impacts.Provide weekly updates to stakeholders, encouraging feedback for ongoing enhancement and ensuring transparent communication.Work with the Team Leader to devise and implement recovery strategies as needed.Accurately process data in the ATS, identifying issues and recommending improvements.Craft a compelling narrative about the company, enhance business insight, and assist in closing candidates.Proactively embrace change and lead by example in implementing solutions based on insights.Conduct social media campaigns and actively involve stakeholders, utilizing the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) in candidate outreach.Efficiently manage complex senior roles, balancing up to 20 requisitions at once.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience with a successful track record in a corporate setting.Thorough understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, with full-cycle recruitment experience.Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, engaging effectively with hiring managers, HR partners, and stakeholders.Strong strategic thinking and consulting skills, capable of providing market insights and guidance.Proficient in data management, with regular and accurate processing of ATS data and the ability to analyze metrics for improvement.Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
