Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from job intake to final offer acceptance, for General & Administrative (G&A) and Go-To-Market (GTM) roles.
Talent Sourcing: Develop and maintain candidate pipelines using innovative outbound strategies and networking.
Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted consultant to hiring managers, assisting with candidate profiles and evaluations while communicating effectively to ensure alignment.
Funnel Management: Monitor and enhance interview processes, conversion rates, and time-to-fill metrics for your designated roles.
Candidate Experience: Facilitate a smooth recruitment journey by coordinating interviews and ensuring timely, personalized communication at every stage.
Collaboration: Work closely with Talent Attractors to ensure a healthy, targeted candidate pipeline that meets organizational needs.
AI-Enhanced Recruiting: Utilize and explore AI tools for sourcing, screening, scheduling, and reporting to boost efficiency and quality.
Data Analysis: Conduct weekly reports on recruitment metrics, transforming data into actionable insights.
Innovative Practices: Experiment with new recruitment strategies and tools to continually improve our hiring processes.
