We are excited to welcome a mid-level professional to our Talent Acquisition Team in Barcelona. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the complete hiring process for key positions, acting as a vital link between the external talent landscape and our internal business objectives.
Your Contributions:
Strategic Advisory: Serve as a trusted consultant to Hiring Managers, offering market insights and talent mapping to keep us competitive.
Pipeline Generation: Actively create diverse talent pipelines for specialized roles leveraging innovative sourcing techniques and networking opportunities.
Process Excellence: Diligently manage our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse), ensuring data accuracy and utilizing metrics to pinpoint hiring process bottlenecks.
Candidate Advocacy: Advocate for an inclusive and transparent candidate experience, ensuring every applicant enjoys a world-class journey, regardless of the outcome.
Project Involvement: Participate in strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing TA efficiency, candidate experience, and overall team effectiveness.
Key Qualifications:
Expert Sourcing Skills: You craft multi-platform search strategies, source talent, and develop compelling employer branding campaigns.
Technology Savvy: Proficient with modern tools (Greenhouse, G-Suite, Gemini, Workday).
Confident and Articulate Communicator: You engage with stakeholders at all levels, adapting your communication style, and remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure, fostering strong relationships across the organization.
Data-Driven: You leverage data to influence hiring decisions, with a deep understanding of conversion rates and time-to-fill metrics.
Operationally Disciplined: You are organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing high volumes of work without compromising quality.
Relevant Background: Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in an agency or in-house within a scaling environment. Fluency in English is essential.
