As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Smiths Group, you will be instrumental in ensuring our organization has the right talent in the right positions when needed. You will manage the entire recruitment process, from attracting and engaging candidates to guiding them through selection and onboarding, while providing an exceptional experience at every step.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and executives, leveraging market insights and data to influence recruitment strategies and workforce planning. You will spearhead all recruitment activities within your designated area, manage key external partnerships, and continually seek innovative methods to attract top talent. Your responsibilities will also include building talent pipelines, enhancing our employer brand, coordinating hiring events, and ensuring our processes are efficient, compliant, and consistent.
This is a full-time opportunity based in our Central Birmingham office, following a four-day in-office work model.
