Key Responsibilities:
• Identify Top Talent: Proactively search for exceptional candidates using diverse sourcing methods and platforms.
• Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment: Take ownership of the recruitment process from writing job descriptions to interview coordination.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Provide guidance on effective recruitment strategies tailored to departmental needs.
• Enhance Candidate Experience: Ensure that all candidates feel valued and informed throughout their application journey.
• Provide Constructive Feedback: Communicate timely and transparent feedback to candidates.
• Cultivate Talent Pools: Build and maintain a strong database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Promote Employer Brand: Act as an ambassador for GAIN’s culture and values through authentic storytelling and branding efforts.
Required Qualifications:
• At least 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably within tech or high-growth environments.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and various sourcing tools.
• Strong understanding of GAIN’s mission, culture, and recruitment needs.
• Passionate about finding the right fit for every role and contributing to team success.
