Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for various roles within the APAC region (Greater China, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia), encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to gain a clear understanding of their hiring needs, define job requirements, and formulate effective recruitment strategies.
- Leverage diverse sourcing channels including job portals, social media, networking, and agencies to attract top-tier candidates.
- Develop and sustain a robust talent pipeline to meet both current and future hiring demands.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain precise and current recruitment records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Work in tandem with HR and business teams to align recruitment initiatives with regional business objectives.
- Stay informed on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition across the APAC regions.
