Your Role
Reporting to Vincent, COO and co-founder, your goal will be to attract and recruit top talent for various teams at Choose, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Tech, Product, and Data. You will oversee the entire recruitment cycle as well as manage HR projects related to hiring and employer branding.
Your Responsibilities:
50% - Recruitment
- Understand the needs of teams and define the ideal profile with them.
- Develop a clear, structured, and efficient recruitment process.
- Write and publish attractive job postings in collaboration with managers.
- Implement a sourcing strategy to identify and engage top talent (LinkedIn, job boards, events, schools…).
- Conduct initial interviews and guide candidates throughout the process until an offer is made.
50% - HR Projects
- Collaborate on various HR initiatives that enhance our recruitment process and employer brand.
