As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing interview schedules, conducting on-site interviews, and overseeing pre-hire activities for our high-volume candidate groups each month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete recruitment life cycle for high-volume candidates.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Organize and coordinate on-site interviews effectively.
- Manage the background check and gaming board application process with precision.
- Lead new hire orientation, ensuring all paperwork is correctly handled and presented as necessary.
- Keep internal tracking systems updated with current recruitment data.
- Provide weekly reports on recruiting metrics and outcomes.
- Contribute to process improvements within the Talent Acquisition Department.
- Assist the Human Resources team with administrative and employee-related tasks as needed.
- Engage in job fairs and on-site hiring events to attract top talent.
