Join a dynamic and rapidly expanding food-tech bakery startup as a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in our fast-paced growth by focusing on high-volume recruitment for various kitchen and production roles, including Pastry Chefs, Cake Decorators, Stewards, and Packers.
The ideal candidate will possess fundamental HR knowledge, including the creation of job structures, detailed job descriptions, and salary scales. We seek a candidate who is not just driven but also enthusiastic about personal and professional growth within a scaling company.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee high-volume recruitment for operational roles in our kitchen and bakery.
- Utilize diverse sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals) to identify, screen, and shortlist candidates.
- Establish and nurture a robust talent pipeline to meet ongoing hiring demands.
- Develop and revise job descriptions, role specifications, and competency frameworks.
- Assist in formulating competitive salary scales, job hierarchies, and career advancement pathways.
- Organize interviews, skill assessments, and evaluations with operations and production teams.
- Maintain recruitment tracking systems, databases, and weekly hiring updates.
- Facilitate onboarding processes and ensure comprehensive HR documentation for new employees.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with Bahrain's labor laws and regulations.
- Contribute to building and fortifying the HR foundation as our company scales.
