Qualifications
Education:High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field is strongly preferred.Experience:Minimum of 3-4 years of recruitment experience with a proven track record in corporate, RPO, or agency settings. Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools is essential.Skills:Expertise in Boolean search techniques for candidate sourcing.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Strong understanding of Human Resources principles and metrics related to talent acquisition.
