Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviews, pre-employment checks, offers, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective attraction strategies.
- Utilize creative sourcing techniques to identify qualified talent through LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Maintain proactive and professional communication with candidates throughout the process.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and optimize the candidate experience.
- Keep applicant tracking systems up to date.
