Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a vital role in our recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding. This position is accountable for managing essential phases of the hiring cycle, encompassing job advertisements, candidate evaluations, interview arrangements, and offer management. The Specialist collaborates closely with hiring managers, candidates, and internal teams to streamline recruitment operations, adhering to company standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles, including job postings to offers and pre-employment.
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies tailored to specific job requirements.
- Manage job postings and requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and on external job boards.
- Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping of candidates in the ATS, including appropriate status updates and dispositioning.
- Conduct preliminary phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and organize interviews (in-person and virtual) between candidates and hiring teams.
- Oversee pre-employment procedures, such as background checks and reference verifications.
- Administer and track Predictive Index (PI) assessments.
- Prepare and present offer letters in collaboration with hiring managers and HR.
- Assist in generating recruitment reports and tracking metrics as required.
- Establish and nurture relationships with universities, vendors, and external recruiting partners.
- Contribute to process enhancements, documentation, and the utilization of recruiting tools and technologies.
- Deliver exemplary customer service to candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring journey.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
