Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist - IT (M/F) in Dortmund with a permanent contract!
As a key member of our recruitment team, reporting directly to the Group Recruitment & Employer Branding Director, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and recruiting IT talent across Europe. Collaborating closely with both business leaders and internal clients, you will be part of a dynamic team of over 20 passionate in-house recruiters.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a true business partner by guiding candidates and internal clients through the entire recruitment process, from defining job requirements to onboarding new hires.
- Developing innovative sourcing strategies tailored to meet recruitment goals.
- Utilizing various channels for direct candidate sourcing and outreach.
- Conducting HR evaluation interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Supporting candidates during the pre-boarding phase and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Drafting employment contracts in compliance with company policies.
- Ensuring adherence to procedures, GDPR regulations, and the Group's recruitment and employer branding policies.
- Contributing to our educational partnerships strategy by fostering new relationships and maintaining existing ones.
- Facilitating weekly recruitment committee meetings with internal stakeholders.
- Maintaining activity reports in our Group ATS.
- Occasionally providing support on general HR topics.
