Your Role:
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Talent Acquisition Systems Manager who will be pivotal in streamlining our hiring process. You will oversee the administration of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, ensuring they are optimized for an efficient recruitment lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include managing system configurations, workflows, and integrations while fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
You will collaborate with our Talent Acquisition leadership to understand the changing business landscape and translate these needs into scalable, data-driven solutions that enhance both candidate and hiring manager experiences. This is a collaborative role where you will balance strategic initiatives with practical execution, making a direct impact on how we attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the ATS and CRM, optimizing workflows, user access, and integrations.
- Lead the implementation of new recruitment tools and enhancements in partnership with TA leadership, IT, HRIS, and vendors.
- Develop practical training materials and documentation to empower recruiters and hiring leaders in utilizing our systems effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the hiring process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring leaders alike.
