Job Summary
Join aidence as the Talent & Capability Lead for the APAC region, where you will play a pivotal role in driving talent strategy across India and Australia. This strategic position involves workforce planning, fostering talent development, enhancing succession readiness, and reinforcing recruitment disciplines to support our ongoing growth trajectory.
You will report directly to the Global CHRO of DeepHealth, collaborating closely with regional HR Business Partners and business leaders to ensure that our talent strategy aligns with performance standards and governance across diverse regions.
This role uniquely blends strategic design with practical execution. You will enhance our talent attraction initiatives, mid-career development pathways, high-potential talent identification, structured career progression, and succession planning while embedding robust HR frameworks across the organization.
We seek a globally minded leader who is process-oriented and can elevate the capability standards in APAC while contributing to scalable talent practices throughout DeepHealth. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong strategic insight combined with operational experience, especially in advising technical leadership teams and establishing disciplined talent practices in dynamic, high-growth environments.
