About the Role
- This position is part of the Global Talent Acquisition team, focused on facilitating high-volume hiring across multiple markets.
- You will ensure that hiring operations are organized, precise, and expedited.
- This execution-driven role requires meticulous attention to detail.
- You will collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers worldwide.
- Your success will be evaluated based on speed, accuracy, and candidate experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate interviews across various time zones, effectively managing complex calendars.
- Ensure ATS accuracy by conducting daily checks on candidate progression, data integrity, and interview feedback.
- Follow up with interviewers to guarantee timely feedback submission.
- Draft offer letters and oversee pre-hire documentation for selected candidates.
- Regularly review job descriptions, monitor applicant flow and performance, and proactively identify and address issues.
- Manage job postings across various platforms to ensure a steady influx of applicants.
