- Deliver job search guidance, coaching, and resources to empower individuals in their employment journey.
- Evaluate participant skills, work history, and educational background to identify barriers to employment and assist in finding effective solutions.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with participants focusing on job search strategies, educational advancements, job retention, and readiness.
- Create personalized employment plans outlining both short- and long-term goals based on an overview of available services.
- Stay updated on local resources and employer opportunities to better assist participants.
- Monitor participant engagement and attendance, ensuring accountability while tracking employment retention success.
- Notify relevant government agencies promptly regarding any participant employment status changes.
- Maintain consistent communication with participants across various locations to address job retention and advancement challenges.
- Provide information on available training programs and job openings that lead to career advancement.
- Take primary responsibility for guiding participants towards achieving self-sufficiency throughout the program cycle.
- Organize and maintain accurate records and case notes documenting participants' job readiness activities and overall program participation history.
- Facilitate connections with community partners and resources that support employment preparation aimed at self-sufficiency.
- Assist customers in accessing necessary training, education, and employment services, and offer tailored case management support.
- Participate in or host local job fairs and hiring events to connect job seekers with potential employers.
