As a Talent Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in onboarding new hires, coaching existing staff, and conducting engaging training sessions focused on best practices in the travel sector and customer service. Your responsibilities will also include performing quality reviews and spot checks to ensure compliance with training processes, along with reporting and guiding employees based on the outcomes. You will support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in testing and implementing new systems or updates. Training sessions will primarily be conducted remotely, with opportunities for in-person classroom training.
