As the Talent Enablement Lead, you will be instrumental in shaping the development, engagement, and growth of our team. Your role will involve designing and implementing programs that reinforce leadership skills, promote career advancement, integrate our core values into daily operations, and support our employees in thriving from the start.
You will collaborate closely with the People team, leadership, and various departments to create impactful learning experiences, spanning from onboarding to leadership development and culture-building initiatives. This pivotal position is ideal for an individual with a passion for people, facilitation, and fostering a strong learning culture in a dynamic and rapidly growing fintech environment.
Your Responsibilities
Program Design & Delivery: Craft, pilot, and scale educational programs that enhance growth, leadership capabilities, and employee engagement.
Talent Systems & Processes: Develop and maintain scalable systems, tools, and resources that integrate development into everyday tasks.
Culture & Engagement: Collaborate with teams to weave Relay’s values into the entire employee experience, from onboarding through to recognition and ongoing development.
Onboarding & Enablement: Improve new-hire onboarding and manager development initiatives to speed up integration and foster connections.
Leadership Development: Create learning paths and frameworks to support both emerging and senior leaders in honing coaching, feedback, and performance management skills.
Talent Insights: Work with the People team to identify developmental needs, assess impact, and continually refine programs based on data and feedback.
Community of Learning: Develop resources, toolkits, and support materials that promote a culture of curiosity and self-directed growth.
